Job Summary
Responsible for performing complex diagnostic tests and analyses on clinical specimens to support the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases, while strictly adhering to laboratory protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- At least one year of internship experience
- Registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board
- Trained in and able to demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
