Job Summary:

The Production Shift Leader is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency. The role focuses on analyzing and improving the flow ofmaterials and information throughout the production process to enhance productivity, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Production: Manage daily confectionery production to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety. Quality Control: Enforce quality measures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Production Planning: Organize schedules, materials, and labor to meet production goals.
• Training and Development: Equip staff with skills on new products, processes, and equipment to enhance performance.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly address and fix production, equipment, and quality issues.
• Inventory Management: Track and maintain optimal stock levels of materials and finished goods.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Confectionery Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of confectionery production experience with supervisory skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and quality control knowledge
