Key Responsibilities
- Task Management – Manage tasks through the company working/task platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups. 2. Flight Booking – Handle all bookings for both domestic and international flights and trains
- System Updates- Enter and update all booking information on the company system.
- Voucher Management – Follow up on booking vouchers and auto- release timelines.
- Client Requests – Ensure clients’ special requests, especially for accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled. 6. Guest Services – Make provisional bookings for guests across various services
- Safari Coordination – Brief tour leaders before safari departures.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
- At least 2 years experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations and/ or hotel bookings/reservations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Great communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient in reservation systems and software
