Retail Relationship Officer
Responsibility Summary:
- Manage a portfolio of retail customers – focusing on product penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the Retail portfolio.
- Proactively manage and review credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
- Participate in marketing activities within the business areas to maximize growth.
- Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank’s strategy.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics, finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.
Skills/Experience Required
- Proficiency in marketing and selling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build & maintain client relationships.
- Sound financial management skills & proficiency in analyzing financial data.
- Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal & written. High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
