Job Description
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize room rates and revenue.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, monitor room inventory across distribution channels, and use revenue management software to generate reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate on promotional offers and packages, and evaluate revenue management strategies.
- Participate in weekly revenue management meetings, prepare agendas, and present weekly revenue items.
- Monitor transient potential and group bookings daily to set pricing and availability control for all reservation distribution sources.
- Maintain records of market segments, forecasts, and competitive set pricing, and complete market analysis based on competition and historical data.
- Ensure rate plans are correctly indexed, loaded, and distributed to all channels, and resolve rate leakages in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
