Overview
This position is open to:
- U.S. Citizen Eligible Family Members (USEFMs) – All Agencies
- Employees of the Mission / USEFMs/EFMs
The work schedule for this position is WAE – Intermittent. Candidates must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time after receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications.
Duties
The Administrative and Program Support Rover position provides:
- Administrative support
- Data analysis and reporting
- Program/project coordination
- Management support to post
- Cleared escort responsibilities
This role addresses short-term assignments as needed, including staffing gaps, ad-hoc projects, and short-term workload increases.
The position is supervised by the Post HRO or DHRO, with work guidance provided by the supervisor in the currently assigned area.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
- Completion of two years post-secondary education is required.
Experience
- Three years of office administration and management experience is required.
Job Knowledge
- Broad knowledge of the Embassy, including all Agencies.
- General knowledge of agency correspondence and applicable office procedures.
- Ability to respond to questions from VIP visitors and the Front Office.
- Confidentiality is imperative.
Language Proficiency
- English Level IV (Fluent) – Speaking, Reading, and Writing is required.
