JOB SUMMARY
CITAM seeks to recruit born-again Christians who is experienced and self-motivated to fill the position of a Sales Representative in our CITAM Outfitters unit who will be responsible for marketing, selling and controlling stocks of school uniforms at CITAM Outfitters shop (Thika Town, Kitengela, Clay City and Eldoret).
The position reports to the Finance and Administration Officer (FAO).
Key Responsibilities
- Support in supervision of outsourced staff during peak seasons to ensure team participation.
- Marketing and sale of uniforms within the shops.
- Shop management
- Assisting the customers with fittings that are desirable.
- Receipting customers payment at the till and issue receipts.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the state of the inventory, and equipment with favorable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a proper record keeping system for easy retrieval and sustenance of the institutional memory.
Requirements
- Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
- Must have a Certificate in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum of 1 Years’ experience in a sales environment.
- Good Customer service and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skill.
