Role Summary

The Senior Learning Specialist is part of CloudFactory’s Organizational Development (OD) team, whose mission is to unlock potential by building capabilities and fostering a thriving culture, enabling CloudFactory to achieve exceptional performance and long-term organizational health.

This role drives the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of organizational learning initiatives that support both business priorities and people growth. Working across levels and functions, the Specialist blends expertise in instructional design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation to help CloudFactory scale learning across our global workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning Needs & Analysis – Partner with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, define learning objectives, and align solutions to organizational priorities.
  • Learning Design & Developmen– Create engaging learning programs, resources, and tools that reflect adult learning best practices and adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitation & Delivery – Deliver training and workshops that inspire, equip, and empower learners, ensuring high levels of engagement and application.
  • Program Management – Coordinate, implement, and monitor learning initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable outcomes.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement – Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements for greater effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to co-create relevant and impactful learning solutions.
  • Content Creation: Develop, adapt, and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging training materials, job aids, and resources to support effective learning delivery.
  • Innovation & Knowledge Sharing – Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance learning, while building knowledge-sharing practices across the organization.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (required). Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or facilitation are highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-level learning initiatives across diverse, global, and multicultural environments.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning solutions that align with business strategy.
  • Experience leveraging digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, and emerging technologies to scale impact.
  • Background in organizational change management or cultural transformation projects (preferred).

Competencies  (Required)

  • Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation practices.
  • Advanced curriculum and program design skills, including blended and digital learning solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to connect capability-building initiatives to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage and inspire at all levels (including senior leadership).
  • Strong project and program management skills; able to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with ability to design and apply learning measurement frameworks
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to navigate matrixed, global organizations and build trusted partnerships across cultures.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for enabling growth, developing talent, and shaping organizational culture.

Competencies (Preferred)

  • Experience designing leadership development programs or talent acceleration pathways.
  • Knowledge of organizational psychology, systems thinking, or behavioral science.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-driven learning solutions.
  • Coaching or mentoring certification/experience.
