Responsibilities
- You will define and drive the delivery of features, services, or tools that help our customers diagnose and solve user issues with our systems.
- You will collaborate with both large and small customers, as well as partners, you will deeply understand common issues, establish a strong vision and roadmap, and drive discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology.
- You will build for scale, serving hundreds of millions of monthly users, and create a world-class team with a culture of respect and inclusiveness.
- You will collaborates with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to identify product release criteria customer acquisition, usage, retention, and monetization strategies.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action.
- Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success – and the know-how required to lead teams to realize a vision.
- Strong affinity and experience in innovating on behalf of the customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of operations at scale and ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas.
- Great problem-solving skills with strong technical proficiency and strategic thinking
