Qualification
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management or its equivalent from a recognized academic institution.
- Have 3 Years’ relevant experience at a similar position.
- Be registered by relevant professional body

Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt and issuance of goods and supplies in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain and update bin cards and store ledgers to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Supervise store attendants and clerks, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to detect and resolve variances.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items to prevent loss or damage.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare stock replenishment requests when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store premises.
- Generate and submit regular inventory and usage reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to inventory management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely issuance and delivery of store items.
- Participate in periodic audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Recommend improvements in store operations, layout, or inventory control systems.
- Safeguard all store property and report any irregularities promptly.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
