Strategy and Development Officer

The job holder will be responsible for provision of support in strategy and policies formulation, review, monitoring its implementation and to conduct internal and external surveys.Read Less

Key Responsibilities

  • Support research and data analysis that will inform KIM’s strategy on product development, product improvement, strategic direction and decisions, solutions to management problems by conducting business intelligence, in-house big-data analysis, feasibility studies, new product research and market analysis.
  • Participate in the development and review of the Institute’s strategy and Objectives.
  • Conduct internal research to assess this Institute’s progress in achieving the set strategy and Objectives.
  • Carry out semi-annual external research to compare the Institute’s performance with other peer organizations.
  • Develop monthly Business Intelligence reports to inform the Institute on market trends.
  • Conduct external research to support the Institute and its partners.
  • Generate revenue by overseeing certification courses.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or any related field
  • Industry certifications will be an added advantage
  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • A member of KIM
