This is a full-time on-site role for a Footwear Category Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Footwear Category Manager will be responsible for managing the footwear product category, including procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Qualifications

• Category Management and Procurement skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for market and sales analysis
• Contract Negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers
• Sales experience with a proven track record in driving category growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
