WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Following Account Management processes.
- Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world.
- Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolios and ensure growth.
- Ensure retention of your and the team-owned accounts.
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, including Ad Operations, Sales, Product & Creative teams, as well as Management teams.
- Plan and prepare business proposals & media plans for prospective and existing clients.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:
- At least 2 years of experience in programmatic or digital channel (Google/Facebook/YouTube ads) planning.
- Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals.
