  • Conduct regular compliance audits and develop improvement plans to address any gaps.

Rota & Staffing Management

Pharmaceutical Technologist (Pharm-Tech) Management

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with training teams to implement appropriate development plans.

Operational Oversight & On-site Support

  • Monitor the implementation of workflows, customer service standards, and productivity targets.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to all established SOPs across the cluster.
  • Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Oversee inventory management processes at each location, including accurate stock organization and stock handling.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and spot checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking and appropriate stock levels, minimizing expiries and stockouts.
  • Monitor and address issues related to inventory discrepancies, slow-moving stock, and expired items.

Feedback & Communication Management

  • Gather ongoing feedback on pharmacy operations, services, and challenges.
  • Investigate and resolve concerns raised by staff, patients, or HQ in a timely and professional manner.
