  • Adoption support: Provide hands-on technical and operational guidance during early adoption phases, helping partners integrate tools into their workflows.
  • Feedback loops: Collect, document, and analyze partner feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improved features.
  • Implementation planning: Develop work plans, milestones, and tracking mechanisms to monitor partner onboarding and solution expansion.
  • Partner engagement: Support the preparation of tailored pitch decks, progress reports, and impact briefs for donors and partners to secure additional funding for scaling.

Strategic Inputs and Rapid Prototyping of New Products/Features

  • Opportunity scanning: Conduct horizon scans to identify promising use cases, unmet ecosystem needs, and potential collaborations.
  • Use case design: Translate emerging opportunities into structured problem statements, including expected user groups, technical approach, and feasibility.
  • Sourcing new ideas: Develop and run structured mechanisms (e.g., challenges, workshops, surveys) to source innovative use cases and product features from partners.
  • Rapid prototyping: Work with technical colleagues to design and test minimum viable products (MVPs) and prototypes with users.
  • Business model exploration: Support exploration of sustainability models, such as service packages, cost-sharing, or partnerships that ensure long-term adoption.
  • Strategic inputs: Provide evidence-based recommendations to the DISHA Lead and Steering Committee for prioritizing new products and features.

Product Development, Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Metrics development: Design and maintain monitoring frameworks, including adoption metrics, technical performance indicators, and social impact measures.
  • Continuous testing: Coordinate regular usability testing sessions with diverse user groups and ensure feedback informs product iterations.

  • Partner engagement: Maintain close collaboration with humanitarian and development actors to align DISHA solutions with operational priorities.
  • Knowledge sharing: Document lessons learned, best practices, and case studies to inform global AI-for-social-good communities.
  • Impact reporting: Support internal and external reporting cycles, ensuring evidence of DISHA’s added value is clearly communicated to leadership, funders, and the wider public.
