Role Summary
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support our medical affairs and commercial teams by driving scientific engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Desired Profile
Education:
- Medical degree (MD, PharmD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in a medical affairs, medical marketing, or Medical Science Liaison role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in supporting continuous medical education (CMEs), advisory boards, and scientific exchange activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other external stakeholders to facilitate credible scientific exchange.
- Serve as the primary scientific resource for external experts, responding to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, evidence-based information.
- Provide scientific input into the development of both promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Plan, organize, and execute CME initiatives and act as a speaker or facilitator in scientific meetings.
- Participate in advisory boards, conferences, and symposia to capture insights and support product strategies.
- Train and support sales representatives by delivering in-depth product and disease area knowledge.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide field-based insights to internal teams.
- Ensure all activities and engagements comply with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.
Key Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and synthesize clinical data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant applications.
