Learning Science Expert (STEM & Teacher Engagement)
What you’ll do:
- Train and mentor teachers in STEM pedagogy and learning sciences
- Build and grow a thriving community of teachers
- Evaluate, recommend, and adapt high-quality STEM content and apps for Elimutab, and promote their use
- Design engaging plans for parents to use at home (e.g., homework activities)
- Share STEM activities, challenges, and guides for parents and learners
- Stay up to date with educational insights in local contexts
- Support innovative learning science and content creation
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and professional learning sessions
- Gather teacher and parent feedback to improve Elimutab solutions
- Provide research-based insights on child development and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with product and content teams to enhance learning interventions
What we’re looking for:
- Background in Education, Learning Sciences, or STEM
- Experience in teacher training, curriculum design, or EdTech
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Passion for STEM, community building, and lifelong learning
