Job Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of company records.
- Conduct debtor and creditor reconciliations, following up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports for internal and external use.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers (specifically Clause 31: Allocation of the Transaction Price).
- Support audits and ensure all financial documents are audit-ready.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in process improvements and implementation of internal controls.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in the vehicle tracling or valuation sector.
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- CPA Part II and above is a must.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
