We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ICT Assistant to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support, assisting in system maintenance, and ensuring smooth ICT operations across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years’ ICT support & management experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems: Opera PMS, Micros
- POS, Symphony, Sun Systems, MC (Material Control), Back Office, PABX, CCTV, Door Lock Systems, Payroll & HR software
- Skills in networking, systems administration & ICT security Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
