Regional Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic and creative marketing leader passionate about growing hospitality brands? As one of Kenya’s fastest-growing hotel groups, PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camps is seeking a results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts across our assigned region. You will play a crucial role in tailoring region-specific strategies, mentoring the marketing team, driving brand visibility, and aligning local initiatives with the Group’s overall marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing region-specific marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Supervising and mentoring Marketing Executives to ensure effective implementation.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Overseeing photography, videography, and influencer collaborations within the region.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
- Providing regular updates and reports to the Group Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (hospitality or service industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and hospitality trends.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- A creative, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
