Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients and institutions.
  • Develop and pitch tailored training proposals; ne-gotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and promote programs.
  • Oversee scheduling, trainer allocation, facilities, and resource planning for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure top-tier client and student experiences, from onboarding to post-training support.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Educa-tion Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in business development and operations, preferably in training/education.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and prob-lem-solving skills.
