Claims & Reconciliation Officer
Job Purpose
Ensure the coordination of Insurance/Corporate daily operations, including the generation of payable claims and the implementation of Insurance contractual obligations.
Oversee timely verification, accurate and complete claiming of invoices, reconciliation of paid claims, and proper allocation, all in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Academic and professional qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Training in health insurance claims management, medical billing, or healthcare financing is desirable.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in claims processing, medical billing and account reconciliations preferably in a healthcare setup.
- Experience working with insurance providers (SHA, private insurers) and understanding their claims processes.
- Background in reconciliations, credit control, or revenue cycle management is highly preferred.
