Position: Driving School Analyst
Department: Driving School
Reports to: Head of Driving School

Job Summary

The Driving School Analyst will support revenue growth and operational excellence within the Driving School Department. The role involves analyzing performance data, tracking revenue targets, managing payments and reconciliations, and ensuring efficient operations across branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on departmental performance (revenue, student success rates, vehicle utilization).
  • Conduct financial and data reconciliations for projects and payments.
  • Manage E-Agent and bulk payments for special projects (PDL, TDB, IDL transactions in TIMS).
  • Provide timely administrative and operational support to branches and clients.
  • Maintain accurate data, records, and vehicle inventory.
  • Conduct market research and recommend improvements to products or services.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including NTSA and other authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SPSS (or similar statistical tools).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role, with at least 1 year in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare actionable reports.
