  • Ensure timely submission of audited financials to relevant stakeholders, including investors and regulators.

Tax and Regulatory Compliance

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of tax obligations for each SPV (e.g., corporate income tax, withholding, VAT where applicable).
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tax filings and efficient tax structuring.
  • Manage relationships with revenue authorities or third-party tax advisors as needed.

Treasury and Bank Account Management

  • Ensure proper reconciliation of SPV bank accounts (including capital call, disbursement, and return accounts).
  • Review and authorize payment schedules in coordination with fund operations teams.
  • Monitor liquidity at the SPV level and flag cash flow risks to the CFO.

Governance and Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain board meeting materials, resolutions, and financial summaries.
  • Ensure that all statutory documents and filings are maintained in good order and submitted on time.
  • Liaise with the Company Secretary to ensure timely filing of company returns, annual reports, and other governance-related deliverables.

Support on Fund Structuring and Consolidation

  • Support the CFO and legal counsel in structuring new SPVs and integrating them into group reporting processes.
  • Assist in mapping SPV financials to group charts of accounts to enable consolidated reporting.
  • Provide technical input into the valuation, fair value adjustment, and impairment assessments where required.
