About the Role:
Kenya Highland Seed Co. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Product Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the introduction, adoption, and growth of Royal Seed products through strategic sales initiatives, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your role will be vital in expanding market share, strengthening product performance, and driving commercial success across our target regions.
Region:
- Based in Nairobi, with nationwide coverage
Minimum Work Experience:
At least 5 years, with 3 years in Sales & Product Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales and enhance product visibility through demonstrations and trials.
- Market Engagement: Promote Royal Seed products and increase farmer adoption.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, analyze market trends, and prepare progress reports.
- Program Development: Implement new product and market initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Technical teams to optimize results.
- Teamwork: Support overall company goals through strong cross-functional cooperation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Proven experience in product development and agricultural sales
- Strong market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Valid Kenyan driving license
- Kenyan citizens only
