– Recruitment
– Induction/ orientation plan
– Graduate Recruitment Program – developing the RB campus brand manager program, career fairs
– External Vendor Management
– Definition and execution of clear Employer Brand
– Internship Programme
– Payroll management
– Ensuring Compliance of Established Procedures - Performance Management
– Managing the PDR process
– Managing Succession Planning
– Coaching / training of line managers for achieving optimum results
– Identifying Resources for redeployment at other RB locations - Training & Development
– Conducting TNA
– Instituting a Training Calendar
– Vendor Management - Resource Planning & Talent Management
– Planning Resource Needs
– Development of existing resources
– Potential Assessment
– Counselling and Mentoring - Culture & Employee Engagement
– Walking the Reckitt Compass
– Partner with the Country manager to drive the people agenda
– Developing and executing Engagement Action Plans based on the findings from Engagement Survey
– Industrial & Labour Relations - Establish yourself as a key partner delivering HR initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with our Centre’s of Excellence to implement and advance strategic HR initiatives.
The experience we’re looking for
- Proven HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a focus on strategy and talent development.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Solid understanding of labour legislation with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Competence in facilitating change management and the ability to guide business leaders through transition.
- Strategic acumen paired with digital literacy and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
- A genuine coaching style that encourages growth and professional development.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years HR experience
- Demonstrated success in HR practices, systems
- Proven leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
