Assignment Overview
Pergamon Investment Bank Ltd is seeking a Marketing and Design Consultant to provide expertise in developing creative strategies that promote the Company’s products and services. The consultant will advise on and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring strong brand visibility and customer engagement. The role also includes designing visual assets and brand materials to enhance identity and maintain consistency across communications. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deliver impactful solutions that support growth.
Scope of Work
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify target audiences, and provide insights to guide campaign planning.
- Advise on the creation of annual marketing plans aligned with the company’s communicated business objectives.
- Develop and recommend comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies.
- Design and support execution of marketing campaigns across platforms including print, email, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), and events.
- Provide analysis and reporting on campaign performance, offering insights to refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with departments such as Business Development, IT, and Research to ensure consistent branding and messaging, with recommendations for keeping content fresh and aligned with brand standards.
- Partner with team members to advise on and update marketing materials such as factsheets, reports, presentations, newsletters, and brochures for sharing with existing and potential customers.
- Guide internal teams and designers in producing high-quality content for the website, social media platforms, and educational initiatives.
- Advise on website updates in coordination with IT and other teams, ensuring content reflects current priorities.
- Propose and support brand engagement activities and additional campaigns that enhance client experience, strengthen relationships, and reinforce brand loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations to keep the company informed and relevant.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external service providers, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors, to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.
- Contribute expertise to the development and promotion of new products and services.
- Provide support for selected internal and external events such as product launches and client-facing functions, as agreed with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
- Experience working in a capital markets environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, campaign execution and brand management
- Proficiency in managing marketing projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
