Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations (CoS), you will be a pivotal member of Zeraki’s executive leadership, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence as we scale across Africa and beyond.
You will work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into execution—ensuring Zeraki’s vision is realized through strong systems, seamless coordination, and high-performance teams. This role blends strategic foresight with operational discipline, enabling the CEO to focus on growth while ensuring the organization runs with precision, speed, and accountability.
Designed as a pre-COO leadership role, the CoS position will grow into full operational stewardship as Zeraki’s footprint expands. You will ensure Zeraki operates as a unified organism—where information moves efficiently, decisions are transparent, and teams work in harmony toward shared goals.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or other high-growth, fast-paced sectors.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in process optimization, workflow design, and customer-centric operations.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in KPI tracking and data visualization tools.

- Strategic yet hands-on—able to dive into operational detail without losing sight of long-term objectives.
- Skilled in building systems, frameworks, and processes that balance innovation with operational rigor.
