The Project Manager will play a hands-on role in coordinating interior fit-outs and construction projects, maintaining timelines, upholding quality standards, managing site resources, and facilitating seamless communication across departments, clients, vendors, and artisans.

You will be expected to monitor project execution, enforce safety and quality standards, support procurement, and address site-level challenges with professionalism. Experience in interior design, construction, or architectural fit-out environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the full lifecycle of interior and construction projects—from planning to execution.
  • Coordinating communication between internal departments (design, sales, procurement, warehouse, and site teams).
  • Overseeing on-site activities, supervising site teams, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Managing project resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently to reduce waste and downtime.
  • Engaging with clients professionally and managing expectations with clarity and excellence.
  • Documenting project milestones, meeting outcomes, progress reports, and supporting invoicing processes.
  • Building strong working relationships with suppliers, artisans, and subcontractors to maintain high delivery standards.
  • Proactively resolving operational challenges to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management, with hands-on exposure to interior or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value residential or commercial projects.
  • Practical understanding of procurement workflows, construction site operations, and design-led project processes.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality assurance, and technical design documentation.

Key Attributes We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and team coordination skills, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High levels of accountability, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to meet site requirements and client deadlines.
  • Awareness of current trends in interior fit-outs, finishes, and construction innovations.
