Are you passionate to learn about hands-on technical work and eager to grow your skills in a real hospitality environment? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Maintenance Intern to join our team and support day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas.
• Support the team in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance troubleshooting.
• Help conduct preventive maintenance checks as guided by the supervisor.
• Ensure tools and equipment are handled safely and stored properly.
• Report faults, damages and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all maintenance areas.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or general repair work (training institution or hands-on exposure).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
• Good teamwork, reliability and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
