What you will be doing: 

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings.
  • Support HR team members in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support HR team members in conducting research and analysis for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

What we are looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
