Job Overview

The role involves supporting Clearance and Brokerage Operations by completing assigned administrative and customer service processes accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The position requires consistent attention to detail, effective coordination, and adherence to defined procedures to support smooth inbound and outbound clearance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clearance and brokerage administrative services for inbound and outbound shipments
  • Support clearance customer service, cage handling, and export control activities
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all documentation and operational processes
  • Monitor transactions to identify anomalies and resolve issues using established rules and procedures
  • Escalate complex matters to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and customer service throughout all clearance operations
