Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Payables Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting cash flow management and maintaining excellent vendor relationships. This position is currently open at our Head office

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent professional Qualification.
• They are proficient in ERP systems and advanced excel skills, with strong understanding of accounts payable processes,internal controls,tax regulations and financial audits.
• The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar role or relevant experience.
