Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance and Administration to lead NF-GVRC and GVRC Consulting’s financial and administrative functions. The role provides leadership in financial planning, forecasting, compliance, and business modeling, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, donor expectations, and consulting business models. The successful candidate will oversee finance, administration, and operational systems to support long-term sustainability and growth.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ICPAK considered an advantage.
  • They are proficient in data analytics and office productivity tools, with strong ethical standards, maturity, discretion, and sound judgment in managing confidential.
  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience in similar role or relevant experience.
