We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Officer to support organizational growth through effective training coordination and recruitment support. The role will be responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the right talent. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,Higher Diploma in Human Resources will be added advantage
- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years cumulative work experience as Talent Officer.
