Credit Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to support sound lending decisions by assessing borrower creditworthiness, managing portfolio risk, and ensuring compliance with our credit policies. This role is critical in maintaining a healthy loan book while supporting business growth across our stock financing solutions.

What you will do

• Perform thorough financial analysis of loan applicants to assess their creditworthiness, and repayment capacity
• Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports with clear risk assessments and lending recommendations
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry data to inform credit decisions and risk profiling.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in credit analysis preferably within FinTech or MSME lending.
• Strong financial analysis, credit appraisal, and report-writing skills.
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
