We are a well-established Transport and Logistics firm with major clients in East and Central Africa. We are Urgently looking for qualified candidates to fill in the position of Accounts Payable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spot Verification of purchases made
  • Receipt, verification and booking of ALL creditors invoices in the SAP
  • Reconciliation of supplier records and preparation of payment requisitions
  • Fuel purchase/payments arrangement
  • Withholding VAT / TAX preparation and payments
  • Fixed asset register preparation
  • Posting of supplier Payments in SAP

QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • CPA Finalist
  • 3 to 5 years in Transport Industry
  • Experience/Knowledge of SAP Business One is a must
