Jodan Driving School, recognized as The No. 1 Driving School in Kenya, is seeking to recruit a Front Office / Admin Secretary to support operations at one of its new branches.
Position Overview
The Front Office / Admin Secretary will be responsible for providing professional administrative and front-desk support, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Front Office Management
- At least two (2) years’ experience working in a busy organization
- Hardworking, self-driven, and highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
