NOC Dispatch – ISP
Fireside Group Ltd is pleased to invite applications for the position of NOC Dispatch – ISP.
Location: Nairobi
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of fiber network concepts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and dispatch field engineers based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and urgency.
- Track work orders and ensure timely updates from field teams.
- Monitor and update all tickets and faults related to ISP scopes.
- Actively follow up with technicians to ensure tickets are resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure all tickets are closed within the approved Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Promptly escalate issues for intervention as required.
- Provide regular, high-quality updates to clients on ticket status within agreed timelines.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained and exceeded through efficient ticket management.
- Prepare daily reports on all ISP scopes achieved.
- Maintain good relationships and rapport with clients.
- Ensure 100% compliance with EHS standards for teams in the regions handled.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
