Key responsibilities
- Front Desk & Communication Management – Provide professional customer service, manage walk-ins, calls, and accurately handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Facilities, Housekeeping & Boardroom Management – Ensure cleanliness, hygiene standards, timely issue resolution, and availability of meeting rooms, equipment, stationery, and refreshments.
- Stationery & Cost Control – Manage stationery inventory, maintain accurate records, review expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
- Canteen & Food Services Management – Oversee food quality, hygiene, water provision, staff performance, supplier invoices, and ensure canteen operations remain within budget.
- HR Administrative Support – Support HR procurement, supplier payments, staff attendance tracking, hygiene audits, and logistics for HR-led engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Front office or Customer service or related administrative courses.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
