Sales & Marketing Executive
Reoprime Solutions Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, telesales, and client outreach
- Promote and sell IT products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Support digital marketing initiatives, particularly on social media platforms
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on pipeline performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the IT industry
- Proven experience in cold calling and telesales
- Strong understanding of IT products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently meet targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
