Horeca Sales Executives
Location: Nairobi & Mombasa
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute regional HORECA and institutional sales plans and achieve set targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts such as hotels, restaurants, bakeries, schools, hospitals, and cleaning service companies.
- Promote the full product portfolio with strong product knowledge and application support.
- Build trusted relationships with procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide regular reports.
- Manage sales administration, forecasting, and coordination of orders, deliveries, and credit.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and technical consultants to support trials, demonstrations, and activations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Food Science.
- 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with exposure to food service, catering, or hygiene products strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding territory coverage.
- Knowledge of edible oils, fats, margarine, soaps, or cleaning detergents is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
