Role Overview
The Revenue, Strategy & Business Development Manager serves as the unified commercial leader, responsible for owning and driving the Institute’s entire revenue engine. The role focuses on maximizing EBITDA, ensuring revenue predictability, and strengthening strategic alliances while eliminating silos across sales, strategy, and business development functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Strategy:
Set firm-wide revenue targets and design portfolio strategies by modeling trade-offs to optimize growth and profitability. - Alliance Governance:
Act as the final signatory on major commercial contracts and oversee strategic partnerships. - Team Leadership:
Coach and lead sales leadership teams while overseeing the Central Commercial Hub. - Commercial Methodology & Systems:
Enforce the organization’s commercial playbook and continuously optimize the sales and revenue technology stack.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve 100%+ firm-wide revenue targets
- Maintain ≤5% revenue forecast error
- Deliver ≥110% Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Drive measurable strategic alliance growth
- Achieve quarterly improvements in sales efficiency
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B strategic sales or Revenue Operations leadership
- Proven experience owning and managing multi-line revenue portfolios
- Demonstrated expertise with MEDDIC and/or Challenger sales methodologies
- Strong experience in partner ecosystem management
- Excellent strategic thinking, financial modeling capability, and executive-level presence
