BIDCORO is a joint venture between BIDCO Africa Limited (Kenya) and CO-RO/AS (Denmark).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC).

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain – BIDCORO, the CSC will be the link between customers, sales, planning, production, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A glimpse of the key responsibilities:
  • Receiving, reviewing and processing customer orders accurately.
  • Managing customer orders from confirmation through to production, dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinating with planning and production to align customer demand with production schedules.
  • Monitoring order progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, changes to customers.
  • Coordinating dispatch of finished goods for both local & export sales.
  • Ensuring accuracy of all customer documentation.
  • Following up on deliveries and receipt of proof of delivery.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, supply chain coordination.
  • Strong customer service & coordination skills.

Location: BIDCO Industrial Park, Ruiru off Ruiru–Kiambu Road.

Remuneration: Individually negotiated based on experience & qualifications, at an attractive level.
