Role Overview

Responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance, and support of studio, broadcast, IT, and transmission systems to ensure uninterrupted broadcasting.

Their key responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support for live and recorded broadcasts.
  • Install, operate, maintain, and repair studio and broadcast equipment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot broadcast and transmission systems.
  • Support FM, satellite, and TV DVB transmission operations.
  • Carry out installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure stations remain on-air and compliant with regulations.
  • Provide IT and end-user technical support.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Training or experience in broadcast and transmission systems.
  • 3–5 years in studio operations, broadcast systems, and IT support.
  • Experience with FM transmitters, satellite, and studio equipment.
