E-Commerce Marketing Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office Kenya
ROLE SUMMARY
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the ecommerce channel marketing operations and driving growth. The role is also responsible for developing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness and customer loyalty, and establish the company as a leader in online food retail and the e-grocer of choice for customers.
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop new and creative ecommerce growth strategies
- Contribute to the internal communication of the company strategy and objectives
- Develop the in-market approach to ecommerce marketing comms, in line with wider company objectives
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Oversee the creating and implementation of annual marketing calendar for the Ecommerce business
- Oversee the performance marketing function to increase the digital presence to new markets and scaling existing markets to new areas
- Lead and drive design strategies to improve user experience of website and app users through enhanced visual communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or similar relevant field
- 5+ years in a similar position.
- 2+ years in media or advertising background is preferred.
- Ability to build agencies and team relationships
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Strong communicator and presentation skills.
