Technical Intern
Mawingu is hiring a Technical Intern to support field installations, equipment recovery, and customer support activities, with a focus on SME and Enterprise clients. The role involves ensuring quality installations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting technical and sales teams to meet service and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SME/Enterprise installations and repairs
- Manage installation orders to meet revenue goals
- Provide timely feedback and reports on installation progress
- Liaise between clients, contractors, and design teams
- Commission and test equipment post-installation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
- Be available for emergency technical support
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT, or a related field
- At least 6 months of ISP field installation experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with solid technical and organizational abilities
- Candidates who can ride motorbikes and hold a valid license will be preferred
