Technical Intern

Mawingu is hiring a Technical Intern to support field installations, equipment recovery, and customer support activities, with a focus on SME and Enterprise clients. The role involves ensuring quality installations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting technical and sales teams to meet service and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SME/Enterprise installations and repairs
  • Manage installation orders to meet revenue goals
  • Provide timely feedback and reports on installation progress
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Commission and test equipment post-installation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
  • Be available for emergency technical support

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of ISP field installation experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused with solid technical and organizational abilities
  • Candidates who can ride motorbikes and hold a valid license will be preferred
