Cytonn HR has been retained by Elective Africa to hire a Sales Associate who will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by generating leads, converting prospects into enrolled participants, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about education, travel, and international exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Sales & Conversion
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Market & Program Support
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments or placements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools/social media
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
