Reporting to the Gaming Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Dealing assigned games i.e. Roulette, Poker, Pontoon, Black Jack etc.
- Providing excellent customer service to casino clientele.
- Game protection, maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice and ensure betting in compliance with game rules and limits.
- Protect the company assets at all times as required.
- Inform the supervisor as and when need be, to control the gaming.
- Assist the guests with questions regarding casino activities or refer to appropriate manager.
Candidates are required to meet the qualifications below: –
- ‘O’ level education with good passes in English and Mathematics.
- 5 years experience in dealing from a reputable Casino.
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Professional attitude and presentable at all times.
- Fluent in spoken English and Kiswahili
