We’re looking for a bold, creative Audio Content Lead to shape the future of our audio brands across radio, podcasts, digital audio, and audio-visual platforms. You’ll lead talent, develop standout formats, protect brand identity, and deliver audience-first content that performs across live, on-demand, and social platforms.
Their key responsibilities include:
- Drive audio content strategy across radio, podcasts & digital
- Develop and commission compelling shows and formats
- Lead and grow presenters, podcasters & producers
- Maintain high editorial, quality & compliance standards
- Use audience insights & analytics to guide decisions
- Grow podcasts, digital-first & audio-visual content
- Manage teams, workflows, budgets & studio resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, Mass Communication or related field
- Experience across live & on-demand content is a plus
- Strong creative & strategic audio leadership
- 5+ years’ experience in radio, podcasting or digital media
- Proven success launching or transforming audio content
- Excellent communication & people leadership skills
- Data-driven with strong audience insight
- Hands-on understanding of audio & digital platforms
